Cancellation Terms

Tailored Cleaning Services Ltd. requires 24 hours notice for any cancellation of a scheduled cleans. Failure on the part of the client to cancel within the 24 hour time-frame will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the original cleaning cost.

Limitation of Liability

Tailored Cleaning Services, Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from our use of the Site.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Tailored Cleaning Services, Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
